How to delete your account and data

Deleting your account

1. In the app: open the ☰ menu → 设置 (Settings) → 注销账号 (Delete account).
2. If you can't sign in, contact us using the details below and we will handle it once we have confirmed it is your account.

What is deleted

The account itself, and your charts, readings, follow-up questions, lifetime reports, uploaded photos, points history and receipts. The encryption key that protects them is destroyed too, so copies in backups can no longer be read.

What is kept

Only a record without personal data, showing that the deletion was completed.
